2. Processing and Delivery Times
- Orders within Mombasa are typically delivered within 72 working hours.
- Orders to other towns in Kenya are delivered within 4 working days.
- Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, order verification, or custom product assembly (if applicable).
- You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
- Please note that all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Rates
- Free Delivery: Orders above KES 5,000 qualify for free shipping nationwide.
- Standard Delivery Fee: Orders below this amount will attract a delivery charge of KES 500.
- Please ensure your delivery details are accurate to avoid any delays or additional costs.
For upcountry deliveries, shipping is available to major towns only. If your area is not covered, kindly contact us for special arrangements.
4. Order Pick-Up
Customers within Mombasa may choose to pick up their orders directly from our shop. Please confirm pickup availability with us before collection.
