Repairs performed by Fon-Fix Repairs are limited to the specific issue addressed (e.g., screen replacement). We are not liable for additional damages and misuse that occur after repair, or faults unrelated to the repair performed.
We are not liable for any data loss during the repair process. Clients are advised to back up all important data before submitting devices for repair.
Devices, whether repaired or unrepaired, not collected within 10 days of notification will incur a storage fee. If not collected within 30 days, they will be disposed of or sold to recover costs.
A non-refundable diagnostic fee of KES 500 will be charged for canceled repairs or when the device is deemed non-repairable.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate information about the device and issue. Misrepresentation may result in additional fees.
All repairs and services must be paid for in full upon delivery or as agreed before starting the job. Fon-Fix Repairs does not offer credit under any circumstances.
