Terms and Conditions
Repairs Responsibility
Repairs performed by Fon-Fix Repairs are limited to the specific issue addressed (e.g., screen replacement, charging port, or battery replacement). We are not liable for additional damages, future faults, or misuse that occur after repair or are unrelated to the service performed.
Data Loss Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any data loss during repair. Clients are strongly advised to back up all important data before submitting any device.
Uncollected Devices
Devices, whether repaired or unrepaired, not collected within 10 days of notification will incur a storage fee. Devices not collected within 30 days may be disposed of or sold to recover costs.
Diagnostic Fees
A non-refundable diagnostic fee of KES 500 will be charged for canceled repairs or for devices deemed non-repairable after inspection.
Client Responsibility
It is the client’s duty to provide accurate information regarding the device issue. Misrepresentation or hidden damage may result in additional fees or delays.
No Credit Policy
All repairs, sales, or services must be fully paid before collection or delivery. Fon-Fix Repairs does not offer credit under any circumstances.
Product Description & Pricing
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices on our website are accurate. However, errors may occur, and prices or product details may change without notice. If an error is discovered after an order, we will contact the client to confirm, modify, or cancel the order.
Orders & Payments
Orders are only processed once full payment is received.
We accept payments via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or other listed methods on our website. Fon-Fix Repairs reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only. Fon-Fix Repairs is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, transport issues, or events beyond our control. Once a package is handed to the courier, the risk transfers to the buyer.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Refunds will be issued after inspection.
- No refunds are offered for change of mind or wrong item ordered by the client.
- Certain items such as electronic components, spare parts, and accessories are non-returnable once opened.
Limitation of Liability
Fon-Fix Repairs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, repair services, or website access — including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, or equipment failure.

All materials on this website, including text, images, and designs, are owned by Fon-Fix Repairs. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
